Samuel’s practice focuses on civil litigation with an emphasis on employment disputes, advocating for clients in both single plaintiff and class action cases, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour litigation, and trade secret claims. He offers comprehensive legal strategies for navigating conflicts, from pre-litigation negotiation to courtroom advocacy.
Beyond litigation, Samuel advises employers and individuals on a wide range of legal issues, including employment policies and procedures, leave laws, and employment and severance agreements. He also conducts independent workplace investigations for California employers.
A graduate of UCLA School of Law, Samuel has been a member of the California Bar since 2018. Before joining Kaplan Law Firm, he began his career in the Labor and Employment Practice Group of a global law firm’s Los Angeles office, where he represented a range of clients – from individuals to large Fortune 500 companies – in various industry sectors (including banking, professional sports, technology/data, and large fashion houses).
