A seasoned litigator and transactional attorney, Mr. Reinstein has been in private practice in Southern California since 1997, representing a wide range of clients, from individuals and partnerships, to Fortune 500 corporations. Mr. Reinstein handles all aspects of civil litigation in state and federal courts and administrative hearings, including trial and appeal. Mr. Reinstein also represents clients regarding their business operations and transactions of all kinds, including acquisitions, sales, due diligence, contract negotiation, preparation of key business forms, and various employment issues.
